According to Amber Portwood, Justin Bieber just wants attention.
If that's the case, the singer sure knows how to get it.
According to Us Weekly sources, shared a meal on Monday night with Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin at Manhattan hotspot Nobu.
The dinner of miso soup and sushi rolls lasted for two hours, but an onlooker confirms he did NOT leave with Jenner.
Still, this incident takes place amidst a number of romance rumors swirling around The Biebs.
Some actually say he cheated on Selena Gomez with Kylie Jenner and that Selena cut all ties with the Jenner siblings once she found texts from Kylie to Justin on the latter's phone.
Bieber has also been linked (again) to model Ashley Moore after he posted a scantily-clad picture of her to his Instagram account and said she made him "proud."

Or whether the concept of the selfie has jumped the shark. HARD.
Seriously, if your friends did this on Instagram, you'd unfollow them.
Just saying. Granted, it's a little less disgusting (relatively speaking) to see Jessica Simpson's tongue with the father of her two children than it is with Miles.
With Cyrus, you just wonder where that thing has been.
And then you shudder, because of those possibilities.
In the case of Simpson, she captioned this image, "Big hands I know you're the one," an obvious reference to the Violent Femmes' "Blister in the Sun."
Which is, by all accounts, a song about getting one's self off. So make of that what you will and try not to gag too hard at the inside of Jess' orifice.

George Clooney reportedly believes that the way to a woman's heart is through her stomach.
A few days after the actor stunned the celebrity gossip world by proposing to Amal Alamuddi, Page Six has new details on just how the Oscar winner got the British lawyer to say yes.
Insiders confirm that Clooney cooked a meal for his girlfriend at his home in Los Angeles on April 22.
"Then he surprised her by getting down on bended knee and presenting her with the ring," according to The New York Post. "He was so happy she accepted, he was calling friends with the news later that night."
A previous report claims that Clooney also designed the Amal Alamuddin engagement ring himself.
The evening after the proposal, the couple joined friends for dinner at Craig's restaurant in Los Angeles where witnesses say George and Amal were "just beaming" as they talked about their future.
That future, of course, now includes a wedding.
When might it take place?
"It's only four months away but they want to get married at the end of the summer, in early September, before Amal returns to work," a source says.
Alamuddin serves as London-based attorney at Doughty Street Chambers, a firm that focuses on international law, human rights, extradition and criminal law.
She's an adviser to former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, the special envoy to Syria. Impressive stuff.

Oprah to Buy Los Angeles Clippers?!

It's no fun owning a pro sports franchise when you can't even attend the games, so with the LA Clippers' Donald Sterling being banned from the NBA for life, it's safe to assume he'll be selling the team soon.
Several celebrities have expressed an interest in investing in the Clippers in the likely event that Sterling is forced to sell, but there may only be one with the cash and clout to buy the team outright: Queen Oprah.
Winfrey announced yesterday that she intends to make a bid on the team if an when the Clippers hit the auction block.
Speaking with ESPN, possible co-investor David Geffen stated that Oprah "does not intend to run the team," but simply "thinks it would be a great thing for an important black American to own the franchise."
As one of the richest women in the world, Oprah could likely make the purchase on her own, but she's reached out to Geffen and Oracle CEO Larry Ellison to form a billionaire power trio that will likely be able to outbid any other potential buyers.
Other celebs who have expressed an interest in buying the Clippers include Sean Combs, Floyd Mayweather, and Oscar De La Hoya.
Given her reputation for generosity, we're guessing Blake Griffin and company are hoping Lady O will be their new boss. "You get a car to dunk over, you get a car to dunk over...."

Kayla Goldberg: Kris Humphries Gave Me Herpes, Refuses to Get Tested For STDs!

Kayla Goldberg, Kris Humphries' former one-night stand, insists he gave her herpes - and hasn't been tested for the popular sexually transmitted disease.
The claim that Humphries gave Goldberg herpes is not new. She's alleged it for the better part of two years. But she's taking it to the legal system now.
Goldberg's attorneys claim the NBA player and former Mr. Kim Kardashian has actually admitted he's never been tested for the disease, or other STDs.
As such, she wants him to prove he's clean with a forced doctor's visit.
Goldberg has claimed that she was diagnosed with herpes shortly after hooking up with Humphries, court documents note, and he has denied he has it.
However, "Humphries has admitted that he has never been tested for herpes simplex virus type 1" and has "refused to submit to a test for sexually transmitted infections."
Somewhere, Myla Sinanaj is high-tailing over it to the free clinic.
Goldberg has asked a judge to force the baller to get tested ASAP, noting in the documents that "Good cause for a physical examination of Mr. Humphries."
"In essence, Humphries wants Plaintiff and this Court to take him at his word that he is free of any herpes virus while refusing to submit to tests that prove that is so."
As such, Goldberg made an appointment for Kris Humphries on June 16, 2014, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minn., at 10 a.m.
She wants a judge to ensure that the Boston Celtic actually shows up.
Kris' attorney calls this "an invasion of privacy, violating work-product and information that protects communications between a patent and his medical provider."
Radar claims Humphries has taken and passed a blood test proving he had no STDs, but the results of any such test have not been made publicly available.
No word on whether Kim K. and her other famous lovers are clean:
1. T.J. Jackson
T.J. Jackson, Michael's nephew, was Kim's first love. It's believed that he was her "first" in the physical sense as well.

Kim's forgotten husband, music producer Damon Thomas, was married to her from 2000-04. Yes, those dates are correct!
