Majesty Rose: Sad AND Happy Over American Idol Elimination

Majesty Rose has been forced to abdicate her American Idol throne.
The young hopeful was eliminated from the Fox series last night and told reporters soon afterward that she has mixed feelings about the result.
"Obviously I'm sad," Rose said. "But at the same time I am really happy because I made it. What number am I? [Top 9.] That's really good out of over 75,000 people. I can't be all that sad. There's worse things going on in the world than this, definitely."
That is for sure. What a refreshing perspective for Majesty to possess.
Rose will also be part of the American Idol tour this summer. Beyond that?
"I actually see myself doing everything, seriously," she says. "Being diverse, or 'divergent' like I like to call it, is tricky being on American Idol.
"But I think outside of 'American Idol it can really work in my favor a lot because I can do a lot of things. I can sing and I can act and I think I can do everything really. I can see myself on Broadway and on kids shows and everything! So I'm excited I can choose."
And we're excited to see how far she can do.

Nick Cannon: Kim Kardashian Tops My "Sex List"!

Nick Cannon and Kim Kardashian are no strangers to banging famous people.
In fact, it could be argued that they're both more famous for the celebs they've bedded than for anything they've done with their careers.
Since Nick has a new album coming out soon and he'll do just about anything to promote it (including appear in "whiteface") he gave a radio interview today in which he rattled off the surprisingly long list of famous women he's slept with.
Naturally, Nick started with Mariah Carey, then went on to list "Christina Milian, Nicole Scherzinger, Selita Ebanks... oh, Kim Kardashian!"
Kim was last but certainly not least on the list, as Nick seemed particularly excited to mention her.
When one interviewer remarked that he forgot about the tryst between Nick and Kim, Cannon remarked, "You forgot because it's been a lot since me."
He then tried to cover his tracks by adding, "She's a great girl though. Her and her family are some of the most incredible people I've ever met in my life." Uh-huh.
Bang sheets are all the rage these days, with the Lindsay Lohan sex list generating controversy and denials from the likes of James Franco.
Hopefully Kim will come out with a sex list of her own one of these days. It might prove to be the longest epic since Moby Dick (pun intended).

Driver Flips Off Fellow Motorist, Immediately Gets Into Accident

Karma. It can be a ... you know what.
In the following video, a woman tapes a truck driver while he tailgates her on the highway and then flips her the middle finger when he finally passes her in the right lane.
He then immediately gets into a car accident.
"I couldn't move over because there were trucks in the right lane," the woman, who only identifies herself as Florida Driver, writes in the video description. "And I sure as heck wasn't going to speed on a rainy day with the roads being as slick as they were."
This guy was, though. And the result caused him to spin out of control and fly across the median.
"He initially fled the scene of the accident, but thanks to this video he has been caught and charged," Florida Driver proudly notes, adding that no one was injured in the crash.
A Florida Highway Patrol release confirms the incident and the booking, writing in a statement:
"Using information contained in the video provided by the witness, State Troopers located White at his Tampa residence and arrested him for Leaving the Scene of a Traffic Crash, Careless Driving and failing to wear his seatbelt."

Rumors that Mila Kunis is pregnant have been circulating for about a week now, and the fact that the actress hasn't stepped up to deny them basically means she's definitely expecting.

With wedding bells and a baby both expected within the next year, we'd say things are going pretty well for Mila and Ashton. We just wish they'd get around to that official pregnancy announcement already.
These two are moving at break-neck speed, but we guess that'll happen when your most recent exes are Maculay Culkin and Demi Moore. Major upgrade for both parties.

They don't know the meaning of WTF or LOL.
They accidentally talk about sleeping with their own kin and they can't locate the space bar on their keypads.
Sometimes, it seems as if mothers simply should not be permitted to use their cell phones at all.
But then we'd be deprived of amazingly awkward examples of them trying to do so, such as the ones posted here, which include classic uses of Auto Correct and even more classic misunderstandings over how Google works.
Scroll around now and, admit it, your mom would totally make these mistakes, wouldn't she?

Did someone say "coolest dad ever?" While most home videos are made up of blurry vacation highlights and baby's first crawl, Dreamworks effects specialist Daniel Hashimoto has managed to turn his self-shot footage into video evidence that his kid is a freakin' superhero/Jedi hybrid.

Through the magic of CGI, James is able to trash a toy store with his light saber, leap to the ceiling with a Batman grappling gun, and jump to safety as his living room floor turns to fire-spewing lava.
"I made them mostly because he is really funny and imaginative," Hashimoto told the Daily News. "James doesn't watch TV or movies very much. We play tons of games with him throughout the day."
And it looks as though their father-son fun time has translated to Internet gold, with the light saber video alone receiving over half a million views on YouTube.
Dad's response to his newfound web celeb status? "It's humbling and I'm excited that a little hobby I have is enjoyable to other people," Hashimoto said. Like we said, coolest dad ever.

Considering the run of Kylie Jenner bikini pictures this irritating teenager has been on, the one above is relatively conservative and tame.
And let us be clear: If Kylie wants to photograph herself left and right hey, cool, no problem.
That's her prerogative and there's (somehow) a curious public who wants to know what this celebrity is up to at times.
But you can't make yourself a major public figure one second and then complain about your privacy being invaded the next second. You have chosen this life, KJ. Embrace it or change it.

Gwyneth Paltrow Breaks Silence on Split, Expresses "Deep Gratitude"

One bird, three meals and some deep gratitude.
Three days after Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin split, the actress offered all of the above in breaking her silence via her Goop lifestyle website.
In an online journal post about chicken dinners, she added a sweet but simple postscript: "P.S. CM and I in deep gratitude for the support of so many."
Paltrow, 41, and Martin, 37, surprisingly announced on Tuesday that they decided to part ways, or, as it has come to be known, "consciously uncouple."
"It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate," Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin said in a statement, also appearing on Goop.
"We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us," they said.
Unfortunately, after that period of self-reflection, "we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate."
Prior to the big announcement, the couple escaped to the Bahamas with their two kids, Apple, 9, and Moses, 7, in a trip reportedly wrought with tension.
Both have been romantically linked to others in the last few months too, which they may have subtly acknowledged with the "some of it separated" bit.
Chris and Alexa Chung are said to be into each other, while Gwyneth was spotted kissing her ex Donovan Leitch at an L.A. Dodgers game last fall.
Now that the conscious uncoupling is out in the open, both are free to publicly fornicate (we hope that becomes a term) with whomever they please.
I've learned more about myself being married than anything else. I hate to say, "We've got it worked out," because you never know what's going to happen, but we laugh, we're good friends, we like to do the same stuff.

We've gone through some terrible times where it's been really, really hard, but I've sort of come through those times with a much deeper understanding of myself. And we're still married. We worked through it. I think it's easier to get divorced. But I think the more you keep at it, the more you end up seeing the value in it. But man, sometimes it is not easy.
